Refund & Return/ Exchange Policy

Our team at Diara Moda Italiana believes that customer satisfaction is the most essential part of our service. In order to deliver the correct product in perfect condition, our team double-checks the fabric before shipping it. But in some rare cases the customer is not satisfied when there is:-

(i) Any defect or damage in the fabric.

(ii) Due to the delivery of the different product, involving the product received does not match the product ordered on the website while placing the order in terms of completely different color / design / fabric / quantity and quality,

We do have a Refund & Return / Exchange Policy. We are committed to offer impeccable services not only at the time of Business sales but also through the succeeding steps of Returns / Refunds or Exchanges.

1) COVERED under defect / damage or delivery of different product’s.

The fabric is torn and not usable.

The fabric is loosely woven or damaged and torn in some areas.

2) NOT COVERED under defects / damage or delivery of different product’s.

A slight color difference won’t be considered as a defect or damage because every digital screen produces colors of fabrics exhibiting single tone shade , two tone shades and multiple tone shades slightly differently.

Although we bring fabrics from the best manufacturers, in case the fabric bleeds after a few washes, it won’t be considered as a defect or damage.

A fabric won’t be considered for refund or replacement if any kind of alteration has been made to it.

Diara Moda Italiana takes complete responsibility for any defective / damaged or different product delivered to the customer. Once the verification is done, a confirmation email would be sent to the customer,approving the return / exchange request.

The complete refund of the amount paid by the customer would be issued in 5-7 working days and the refund shall be provided to the same issuing bank through which the payment was received. (the original mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order).

The below mentioned points are necessarily required to be fulfilled in order to initiate and complete Return / Refund or Exchanges.

  • It’s necessary for the customer to submit a video of the defective product; it’s required for the verification of any kind of defect / damage / different product/s. Kindly send the pictures and the video of the product’s in question at the email address of Diara Moda Italiana within 48 hours from the order receipt.
  • Any kind of refund/return or replacement request won’t be accepted after 48 hours of delivery of the ordered product/s.
  • The  fabric/s that will be specifically cut from than on the basis of your order, would not be eligible for Return or Exchange.
  • The unstitched suits, unstitched dresses and dupattas are eligible for Return or Exchange within 07 days of the delivery.
  • The product/s must be in the original condition, including all the Diara Moda Italiana tags attached and returned along with the same packaging box and the invoice.
  • Product/s received must not have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered in any form.
  • The product/s to be returned must be packed securely, safely and in original packing manner to prevent any loss or damage during the transportation process.
  • Diara Moda Italiana reserves the right to refuse return / refund or exchange from any specific buyer, on the condition of the repeated returns, involving more than 3 times in a financial year.
  • Product/s purchased in the sale period , Festival Season , during scarcity of Yarn or other materials/Elements  used in manufacturing of fabrics , are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers are required not to return the product’s through any other transportation or shipment mode other than arranged by Diara Moda Italiana. The verification process would complete once we receive the product/s. Refunds will only be processed after the returned shipment is received by us. In Case of the product/s returned to us through any other means of transport/shipping not arranged by us due to technical , software ,weather any other unforeseen reasons ,the charges of shipment have to be borne by the customer .
  • All Customers outside The Republic of India have to bear the complete expenses of Shipping the Goods to be returned back to us .
  • Returns which are not in accordance with our Return/Refund and Exchange policy shall not be accepted and will be dispatched back to the customer.
  • The shipping charges that have been paid by customers for the order, would not be refunded.
  • Customers are requested not to send back any product/s without consulting with us, if done so, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
